IDEA: I wanted to turn one of Life of Riza’s vlogs into a short to promote her new channel series.

My Contribution: I edited the key moments, dialogue, and cuts that set up her journal as the main point of this video. Since I do not own the original work, I did not post it anywhere but instead used it to apply for a job as her editor.

IDEA: For Stan’s Dare to Dream contest, I wanted to focus on the theme of loneliness and how I’m tackling that by creating stories.

My Contribution: I conceptualized the idea and created the shot list and script. I directed my cinematographer for all outside shots. I filmed and lit all inside shots. I edited and color-graded the entire video

I cut the original short interview from YouTube down into a short for IG Reels. I used it for a job application to showcase how I can take even preexisting content the company had and breathe new life into it on other platforms.

Concept: I wanted to create a short film exploring the difficulty of communicating with family.
